**KettleBell with Bill** NO CLASS 2/24/18
(1 hour intense session with 1 or 2 kettlebells that are provided)

ALL CLASSES CAN BE MODIFIED!  ASK YOUR INSTRUCTOR!!!

Most classes included with membership unless marked- $5 drop-in for non-members!

**KettleBell classes are $5 for members and $10 for non-members (class not included with membership.) This class is a specialized class with specialized equipment & is considered more of a training session.**

Please arrive on time for the classes and sign the book every time you attend.
